Refund policy

Return Policy:

Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand, items that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return.
Process: Customers should contact customer service with their order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the defect or damage should be included.
Refunds: Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
